2013 starts a new era at Hudson Companies…..
This year Hudson Companies is venturing into new territory with the development of Hudson Village, a state of the art student housing complex in Erie, Pa and bringing in a new face as well, Tyler M. Hudson. Tyler, our first 2nd generation partner, will join John M. Hudson, Mark J. Voytik, Susan D. Hunter and Eric J. Hunter as a partner in the newly formed Hudson Student Housing, LP. Tyler’s responsibilities will include overseeing the development of new properties as well as identifying and qualifying potential locations and investments.
Hudson Student Housing’s debut project is located adjacent to Penn State University’s Behrend Campus. The 200 bed luxury student housing facility will feature state of the art living quarters for today’s college student. The development will be privately owned and operated by Hudson Student Housing and will boast the same level of excellence found in all of our projects. Ground breaking is scheduled for April 2013 and plans for student arrival and occupancy in the fall of 2014.
