The Hudson Companies has been selected again as one of the top companies to work for in the Best Places to Work in PA Challenge! The Hudson Companies was ranked as the #4 company out of 49 other applicants in the small business category of the Central Penn Business Time’s “Best Places to Work in PA Challenge”. This is the third consecutive year that The Hudson Companies has been honored as one of the best companies to work for.
The Central Penn Business Times created the Best Places to Work in PA Challenge to recognize Pennsylvania employers that have highly satisfied employees and positive workplace environments. Over 100 small, medium, and large Pennsylvania based businesses and organizations applied and were selected as the best places to work in the state. The process to join this covetable list most notably involves the anonymous surveys that are completed by each employee within an organization. Applicants are ranked on various criteria including employee satisfaction, HR practices, compensation, and workforce diversity.
