Hudson Companies is pleased to announce it has received an award of Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to continue its affordable housing development efforts of new Senior Housing in Ambridge, Pennsylvania. The awards have been officially announced by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency at its Board Meeting on October 14, 2021.
The future property in Ambridge will consist of 42 affordable senior residences, and community amenities for residents to enjoy, tailored to the Community of Ambridge. Hudson Companies has prided its development efforts with innovative concepts that lend to residents aging in place, while achieving Green Building Standards to ensure longevity and maintaining affordability. Earlier this year, Hudson Companies completed the development of Adam’s Place in Cochranton, Pennsylvania. The newly constructed state of the art property features a community green house, commercial kitchen, community gathering rooms, and a smart classroom.
