Alexandra M. Hudson is a Second Generation Principal and joined The Hudson Companies in 2019 after earning dual degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Mount Union. While actively involved in operations and project management as a Principal at The Hudson Companies, she continued her graduate education and earned her MBA from Thiel College. Alex continues to develop lead management within the Multifamily Portfolio and works closely with the Investment and Development Team on new property onboarding. She focuses on team member recruitment and performance, building a talented core dedicated to customer service, revenue growth, and the operational efficiencies of the portfolio. She is also involved with operations and accounting groups, overseeing the preparation and financial analytics for a portfolio of properties.

Alex remains closely connected with her Alma Mater after being selected to serve on the Board of Trustees following her service on the Board of Associates for Thiel College. She is an engaged community member, serving on the City of Hermitage Building Standards Committee and a previous PNDC Future Leaders Board member with Penn Northwest Development Corporation.
