Biography

Alexandra M. Hudson is a Second Generation Principal and joined The Hudson Companies in 2019 after earning dual degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Mount Union. While actively involved in operations and project management as a Principal at The Hudson Companies, she continued her graduate education and earned her MBA from Thiel College. She continues to develop lead management within the Multifamily Portfolio and works closely with the Investment and Development Team on new property onboarding. She focuses on team member recruitment and performance, building a talented core dedicated to customer service, revenue growth, and the operational efficiencies of the portfolio. She is also involved with both operations and accounting groups, overseeing the preparation and financial analytics for a portfolio of properties.

Alex is a National Apartment Association Member and continued her professional development by procuring a CAM designation while awaiting pending designation as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. She is a member of the City of Hermitage Building Design Standards Committee and remains closely connected with her Alma Mater by serving on the Board of Associates for Thiel College. She is also an engaged member with Penn Northwest Development Corporation where she serves on the PDNC Future Leaders Board.
