Second-generation Principal, Tyler M. Hudson, oversees the acquisition, development, and financing of the real estate investments for The Hudson Companies. His role of directing the investment direction of the family of companies has developed from his tenured background of financing and developing properties for credit tenants, governmental agencies, institutions, and multifamily apartments comprising market rate, senior, and student housing communities. He has successfully placed Local and National Bank Debt Institutional Debt, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and Municipal Financing. He has maintained relationships with local and national institutions that are crucial to his investment structure. Tyler’s strong background in construction, development, financing, and investment allows for an all-inclusive approach, which provides a competitive edge in all aspects of the development and acquisition process. His experience with complex tax credit financing, institutionally secured debt, and private equity partnerships provide him with the knowledge and expertise to competitively and efficiently execute.
Tyler founded and leads The Hudson Companies’ senior housing division and student housing division and continues to expand upon The Hudson Companies’ long successful investment history of multifamily and multi-tenant office investments and acquisitions.
