Second generation Principal, Tyler M. Hudson, oversees the investment strategy, acquisition, development, and financing of the real estate investments for The Hudson Companies. His background consists of financing and developing credit tenant lease facilities, government leased properties, institutional facilities, multi-family apartments, senior housing, and student housing communities. Successfully overseeing all aspects of finance and development Tyler has led all steps from marketplace selection, site selection, budgeting, financing, and oversight of construction and successful completion of various projects.
Tyler has founded key investment and development programs that have become an integral part of the Hudson structure. Upon successful completion of his first Student Housing portfolio property, Tyler spearheaded the startup of the Senior Housing Division, which focuses on Tax Credit Financed Affordable Housing throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Tyler has been directly involved with the negotiation of leases and investment in governmental and credit tenant leased facilities that are all part of the current Hudson portfolio.
Tyler has successfully placed institutional debt, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Municipal Financing, and has maintained relationships with both local and national institutions that play a key role in the Hudson investment structure. Tyler’s strong background in construction, development, financing, and investment allow for an all-inclusive approach, which provides a competitive edge in all aspects of the development and acquisition process.
