Who We Are Hiring

Management

Oversee day-to-day property operations, handling tenant concerns, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property’s overall functionality and appearance. You’ll manage leases, budgets, and vendor relationships while striving to maintain high occupancy rates.

Leasing

Engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and assist in lease agreements. Your daily tasks involve showcasing available units, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and informative environment to attract and retain tenants.

Facilities and Maintenance

Execute routine inspections, perform repairs, and address maintenance requests promptly. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring properties are in optimal condition for residents.

Accountant

Manage daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and contribute to budget planning and analysis. Your responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and collaborating with teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
