Hudson Cos. lands $121M in financing for companion apartment projects in the Strip

The all-but-fully-cleared site at 2929 Smallman St., on which an excavato worked on a winter February afternoon. This cleared site and one behind it, also cleared, are proposed to be developed into companion apartment projects by Hermitage-based Hudson Cos.

Hermitage developer secures financing from Dollar Bank to help to build two neighboring apartment projects in the 2900 block of Smallman Street.
